A LITTLE BOY'S STORY

My story begins in Columbus, Ohio where at a very young age I stayed close to my mother and watched her cook. I always looked forward to the food she made - especially during the holidays. My mother Debbie was an amazing cook and a great baker! She was famous for her banana bread, cheesecake, cookies, and brownies, but my most favorite was her Sweet Potato Pie!

My mother passed earlier than expected, so to remember her I did my best to recreate some of my favorite dishes she made.  With help from my mother's sister, my Aunt Brenda, I got a family recipe for the one thing I missed most - my mother's sweet potato pie. I began baking pies in college for a little side money and as I grew older they became a staple for potlucks or gifts to family and friends.  I continue this tradition in remembrance of my mother and to spread love through homemade pies.

Now I am in Arizona and want to share my love of Sweet Potato Pies with you - made from the love a mother and her only son. We look forward to sharing Sweet Potato Everything from our family to yours.
